Whilst fire risk assessments and fire safety training are critical features of compliance, evidence of an ongoing inspection and maintenance program for any fire precautions is too. Our mission is to ensure you not only meet your responsibilities effectively and are compliant at the point of inspection, but also then operate safely on a day by day. 
We therefore offer a range of inspection and maintenance services to ensure fire precautions within premises and workplaces are in full working order should they ever be called upon in the event of fire.

All surveys, installations and inspections are carried out by skilled, competent, DBS approved engineers and are completed in accordance with the relevant British Standard code of practice or indeed better. A certificate of inspection is issued after each visit to ensure your compliance.

Fire Detection & Alarm Systems

Regular inspection and maintenance of your fire alarm systems is a requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. We can design a bespoke maintenance service for you that covers all appropriate elements. The cover provided can also operate on a 24/7/365 basis.

Included as a minimum is:

  • Maintenance and inspection of all types of fire detection and alarm systems.
  • Demonstration and instruction of your fire system operation during an inspection visit.
  • Visits made by appointment to suit your requirements.
  • Any further work undertaken only with your prior approval.
  • On-going full support with helpful guidance.

Emergency & Escape Lighting Systems

Emergency and Escape Lighting must be inspected and maintained at regular intervals to comply with Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. We can design a bespoke emergency light maintenance programme for your premises.


Included as a minimum is:

  • Inspection and maintenance visits made by appointment to suit your requirements.
  • Demonstration of your emergency and escape lighting system during an inspection visit.
  • Any further work undertaken only with your prior approval.
  • On-going full support with helpful guidance.

Fire Extinguishers & Ancillary Fire Protection Equipment

Installing fire extinguishers and having them regularly inspected and maintained is a legal requirement. Regular inspections will ensure that your fire extinguishers and fire safety equipment are fully operational and will work effectively in the event they are needed.

Every premises is different and we can design a bespoke service to maintain your fire extinguishers to meet your compliance requirements. We can also survey, supply and install new equipment if required.

Included as a minimum is:

  • Supply and installation of a complete range of high quality fire safety equipment.
  • Safety instruction in the use of fire extinguishers as standard.

Fire Safety Signage

Fire safety signage forms part of the basic package of general fire precautions a building must have in place to be compliant. The objective is to provide adequate assistance to all occupants in the premises, as well as to protect and identify the means of escape routes, fire safety systems and fire safety equipment.

We offer:

  • A full survey and report of the fire signage found within your premises.
  • Recommendations that will ensure you comply with fire safety legislation and provide a safe working enviroment for all occupants.
