Whilst fire risk management, fire risk assessment and fire safety training are all critical features of proving you are fire safety compliant and ensuring the safety of building occupants, so too is the on-going inspection and maintenance of building fire safety systems and equipment.

We offer a complete range of installation, inspection and maintenance services to ensure all fire safety systems and equipment within your premises are in full working order should they ever be called upon in the event of fire.

All installations, inspections and maintenance are carried out by trained, experienced and competent engineers to the requirements of the relevant British Standard guidance or better.

Fire Detection & Alarm Systems

Regular inspection and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems is a requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. We can offer a bespoke maintenance service and provide cover 24hrs a day 365 days a year. We can also design and install new fire alarm systems or update/extend existing systems.

Emergency & Escape Lighting Systems

Emergency and Escape Lighting must be inspected and maintained at regular intervals to comply with Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. We can offer a bespoke emergency light maintenance programme for your premises and design/install a new system or extend an existing system.

Fire Extinguishers

Providing fire extinguishers and having them regularly inspected and maintained is a legal requirement. Regular inspections will ensure that your fire extinguishers and fire safety equipment are fully operational and will operate effectively in the event of a fire.

We can tailor a bespoke service to maintain your fire extinguishers and also survey, supply and install new equipment if required.

Fire Safety Signage

Fire safety signage forms part of the basic package of general fire precautions a building must have in place to be compliant with fire safety law. The primary objective is to provide adequate assistance to all occupants within the premises in the event of fire by identifying the escape routes, fire safety systems and fire safety equipment.
